Despite all the negative reviews myself and my girlfriend had no issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, no problems with seagulls, even if you were sat on the beach side seats I don’t get the problem, it’s the seaside! ;)

Recently moved to Brighton, visited quite a few Cafes in and around the Beach-front. The Buccaneer is hands down the best! Lovely staff, great location, amazing food and dog friendly. This is now my daily 'pop For a tea' place
Great spot on the seafront for snacks and drinks had some lush cocktails and some chips after a good day out by the sea! Super friendly and attentive staff, really on it, constantly darting about and serving a busy set of tables! Price wise - good value. Will be back sometime to try more of the food Nice, chilled and relaxed atmosphere - people just taking in the sunshine!
We were so lucky. We were able to sit out on the beach front, in shorts with a hoodie and enjoy a great breakfast yesterday. It being mid October, this was truly a blessing!! I’m now sat back at home, in Wiltshire with the wood burning fire on writing this so as you can imagine, we were so lucky with the last of the “Indian Summer” weather yesterday. The food was outstanding. Their coffee was nice and hot and the staff were very friendly. A beautiful mornings breakfast by the sea and in the warm sunshine, what’s not to like?!

Loved it here we went two days on the trott. Staff are lovely and very welcoming, 1st day we just had drinks and stayed nearly all day. 2nd day we had food too, which was amazing i had dressed crab salad and my partner had smoked salmon sandwich both very fresh and delicious . We will make are way straight back there on our next visit. Well done team Buccaneer
